| Accidents |
If these occur we will fill out an accident form. If a hospital visit is necessary we will normally ask you to collect your child and take them. In an emergency we will accompany them to hospital and stay with them until you arrive, as far as is practical. To achieve the above you have a responsibility to supply us with an emergency contact number. It is your responsibility to keep it up to date and let us know when it changes, in writing. The Governors’ Buildings, Health & Safety & Community sub group view all accident details termly.

| Anti Bullying Policy |
All students have the right to feel safe and cared for in college. If your child is a victim of bullying be it physical, verbal or any other kind they must tell their form tutor or another adult in college as soon as possible. All incidents of bullying will be investigated thoroughly and a central record is kept.
We have a very successful anti-bullying policy, written by staff, governors and students. Bullying is not a big issue at Etone.

| Appointments (i.e. dentist etc.) |
We encourage all appointments to be made outside of the school day however, we do appreciate this is not always possible. A student leaving school for an appointment must sign out at Reception and have a note from parents/carers countersigned by the form tutor in their planner. They must sign in on returning to school. |
