Mission Statement
'Etone - A Language Specialist College'
As a Language College, Etone Community School and Technology College aims to promote a culture which is international, technological, enterprising and vocational. We value language learning and consider it to be a key skill for students in the workplace. As a Language Specialist College we will, offer a wide range of languages including French, German, Spanish and for a season Mandarin Chinese with an ambition to expand and meet local and international needs, as appropriate. We will encourage students to be global citizens with an international dimension to their learning. In doing so, we hope to improve students' cultural perspectives and personal development as well as raising achievement and attainment in Modern Foreign Languages.
